Pratt Industries is seeking a skilled and motivated Developer to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. This role is essential for supporting and enhancing our manufacturing operations by implementing and maintaining Design Workflow Applications. • Help install, administrate and support a Design Workflow Product
• Work extensively with our software vendor to build and integrate a design workflow software platform
• Provide support to our design segment
• Collaborate with business analysts and manufacturing stakeholders to understand business requirements, and translate into technical specifications.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field OR equivalent practical experience (3+ years) in software development.
• Project Management
• Analytical Problem-Solving:
  Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex system issues that impact production.
• Effective Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written skills to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to both IT peers and non-technical business users (e.g., floor supervisors, finance staff).

• Manufacturing Industry experience (particularly in design/CAD)
