Pratt Industries is seeking a skilled and motivated Developer to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. This role is essential for supporting and enhancing our manufacturing operations by implementing and maintaining Design Workflow Applications. Responsibilities- Help install, administrate and support a Design Workflow Product
- Work extensively with our software vendor to build and integrate a design workflow software platform
- Provide support to our design segment
- Collaborate with business analysts and manufacturing stakeholders to understand business requirements, and translate into technical specifications.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field OR equivalent practical experience (3+ years) in software development.
- Project Management
- Analytical Problem-Solving:
Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex system issues that impact production. - Effective Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to both IT peers and non-technical business users (e.g., floor supervisors, finance staff).

- Familiarity with Web Center, Esko, Artios, Arden
- Manufacturing Industry experience (particularly in design/CAD)
- Experience with Workflow Software packages
- Experience coordinating/ software vendor professional services activities
