Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registration Specialist, based in Park City, KS. The Registration Specialist will be responsible for accurately registering patients, verifying insurance information, and collecting the necessary data for the patient’s visit. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, managing patient inquiries via phone and in-person, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive and efficient patient experience.

This role also involves collaborating with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Patient Registration and detailed data entry processes
  • Proficiency in Communication and Phone Etiquette to effectively interact with patients and team members
  • Strong Customer Service skills, including a focus on empathy and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with insurance verification processes and medical record systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in administrative or healthcare-related fields is advantageous
