Responsible for promoting the success of the Players Club by assisting customers through the member process and explaining the benefits of membership.

• Encourages new requests to become members of Players Club.
• Enrolls new guests into Players Club.
• Redeems points for Players Club members.
• Makes point adjustments as necessary on a qualifying basis.
• Issues casino complimentary items on a qualifying basis.
• Walks the floor to promote those who do not have a Club card and assists customers in the correct usage.
• Recognizes potential high end patrons and encourages them to join Club Wyandotte.
• Communicates promotional, special events and point structure to all guests.
• May assist marketing with the execution of promotions and events.
• Adheres to the system of internal controls and policies and procedures.
• Resolves inquiries and complaints from patrons.
• Operates as an emergency Pull/Count Team member as required.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.

  Experience:
  
  High School diploma/GED preferred. Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Ability to work as directed by your supervisor, which may result in being scheduled anytime during a 24 hour period, 365 days a year.
• Must excel at customer service.
• Basic computer skills:
  Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business demands.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and guests.
• Must have a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress environment.

• Ability to function in a smoking environment.
• Employee smoking is restricted to outside location and during break times.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
