this position is a first-line greeter in the 125-seat mt. Magazine lodge restaurant. Duties include greeting customers, setting up tables, taking food orders, waiting on guests, serving food, and cleaning tables. Additional duties include operating a cash register, as well as setup and wait service for banquets and conferences. This position has regular contact with food service personnel and the general public, so excellent public relations skills are required.

Applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Will be paid an hourly rate plus tips. A criminal background check is required.

the server is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences at a state-operated restaurant, lodge, or park facility. This position ensures timely, courteous, and professional service, maintains cleanliness, and adheres to food safety and arkansas alcohol beverage control (abc) regulations.

• take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary needs or allergies are addressed.
