The RoleAs Nabla continues to grow across Europe and the US, we are looking for a dynamic and people-centered Office Manager to elevate our workplace experience and strengthen our internal culture across both hubs.
Working closely with our Finance, Operations and People teams, you will be responsible for crafting an exceptional office environment, coordinating team moments, and ensuring a unified Nabla culture between Paris and the US.

Responsibilities- Create an outstanding workplace experience
- Own the Paris office experience end-to-end: layout, design, decoration and overall atmosphere
- Ensure smooth office operations at all times by managing supplies, equipment, deliveries, and vendor coordination
- Bring the team together through meaningful moments: after works, team lunches, celebrations, seasonal events, and offsites
- Be the guardian of the Nabla Team culture
- Welcome and onboard new joiners to ensure they feel supported and at home from day one
- Coordinate travel organization and logistics for team members
- Work closely with the US team to foster alignment and collaboration across locations
- Lead Nabla’s events and key team rituals
- Manage Nabla goodies end-to-end: welcome kits, offsite gifts, team swag, and event-specific items
- Coordinate Nabla’s external events such as AI Drinks, panels, and community meetups
- Drive virtual rituals and cross-hub moments that strengthen bonds between Paris and US teams
- 5+ years of experience in Office Management, Workplace, People Operations, or event coordination, ideally in a fast‑paced environment
- Fluent in French and English, with the ability to engage confidently across teams and locations
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a service‑oriented, people‑first approach: a genuine passion for taking care of teams
- Highly organized and detail‑driven
- Proactive and autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to projects end‑to‑end
- An international mindset, with a solid understanding of both French and US cultures
- An eye for aesthetics and atmosphere, and a special interest in creating an exceptional workplace atmosphere is a plus
