Blue Jay Dental has a DSO client that needs a full-time associate dentist in Paris, TX. Our leading client is open to a new graduate or prefers experience.
300k compensation plan with a signed 3-year agreement.

Our client is known for having the best CEU programs in the industry and they will help advance a younger dentist to perform advanced skills like molar endo and placing implants.

Caseload - FFS and PPO - No Medicaid

• Diagnose, treatment plan, and produce out of multiple chairs.
• Prepare and restore fillings, crowns, and bridges.
• Assess patient's dental status and arrange for appropriate consultations to determine treatment needed.
• Provide comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of patients.
• Provide routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis and fluoride treatments.
• Manage and supervise the work of dental assistants and dental hygienists.
• Manage administrative functions of the Dental Office.

Open to new graduates or candidates with experience.
