Client Services - RFP Intern

Position: Client Services - RFP Support Intern
GenAM is currently searching for a Customer Services-RFP Intern, for its Business Relationship Management team based in Paris. You will report to the Head of Department. This team is based in Paris and works with counterpart teams in Milan and Cologne. This internship will allow you to work in customer service, with teams responsible for responding to RFPs and sales teams.

Main Tasks:

Customer service and sales team support

* Managing customer requests for sales documentation, reports and presentations.

* Participation in the creation and updating of presentations, reports, and dashboards

* Management of the weekly sales team data collection file

* Monthly updating of performance and fund portfolio data for different customer segments

* Use of the Salesforce CRM tool to monitor the sales team's activity

RFP

* Participation in projects responding to calls for tenders, data collection

The internship will enable the candidate to develop her/his knowledge of the world of asset management and third-party management. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with many departments within the company (the Products, ESG, Management, Reporting and Research teams) and will thus have the opportunity to gain a cross functional overview of an asset management company. At the same time, the intern will gain an insight into how relationships between management companies and different target clients work.

Requirements

* Master's degree in finance (4-5 years of higher education, business school)

* Native French speaker, fluent in English, Italian would be a plus

* Good knowledge of economics and finance

* Initial experience in asset management is a plus

* Good writing skills, impeccable spelling

* Knowledge of funds and management strategies

* Excellent command of Office and Excel, and ideally VBA
