Seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in pawn store locations nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, and engaging with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).

The position offers hourly pay plus commissions based on productivity, with potential to earn up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $2.52/hour.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures and maintain the sales floor.
• Handle transactions and cash in accordance with policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Complete training and other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
• Basic math skills, cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS operation skills.

Pawnbrokers can earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, details provided during interview.
