All team members are cross-trained and expected to be able to perform the functions of multiple position types during a given shift.

• Guest Service: Put a smile on every guest’s face, welcome every guest, build lasting relationships, and treat every guest like they are the first guest of the day.
• Food Service: Deliver an excellent food service experience by preparing, selling, or helping guests find items, with responsibility for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Problem Solving: Understand the needs of teammates and guests, take action to find answers, resolve issues, and communicate improvements.
• Cleaner & Fresher: Maintain a pristine environment and uphold brand standards to be Cleaner, Safer, and Friendlier than the competition.
• Cashier: Read and respond to guests’ needs, operate a cash register, stock shelves, clean facilities, and support promotions in a fast-paced environment.
• Host/Hostess: Create an exciting, personalized guest experience, support Made to Order program, bridge between guest and kitchen, and educate guests on offerings and promotions.
• Food Service Team Member/Prep Cook: Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards, follow brand standards, and manage ordering, rotation, and inventory.
• Barista: Learn to prepare handcrafted beverages, manage payments, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
