Evening Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM (2nd Shift);
Weekend Availability Preferred;

Multiple RolesAll team members are cross-trained and expected to perform the functions of multiple position types during a given shift.
Responsibilities- Guest Service
:
Put a smile on every guest’s face, welcome them, build lasting relationships, and understand their needs. Treat every guest as the first guest of the day. - Food Service
:
Deliver an excellent food service experience, including preparing, selling, or helping guests find food items. Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency of food delivery. - Problem Solving
:
Understand teammates and guests’ needs, take action to find answers, resolve issues, and communicate improvements. - Cleaner & Fresher
:
Maintain a pristine environment and uphold brand standards as cleaner, safer, and friendlier than the competition. - Cashier
:
Read and react to guests and store needs, handle multiple tasks, run a cash register, stock shelves, clean restrooms, and support promotions in a fast-paced environment. - Host/Hostess
:
Create an exciting, personalized guest experience; participate in Made to Order; bridge between guest and kitchen; educate guests on offerings and promotions; enroll in Loyalty Programs. - Food Service Team Member/Prep Cook
:
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, safety, recipe integrity, and inventory management. - Barista
:
Learn to craft beverages; handle payments and cash drawer; training will be provided.
Minimum Qualifications
- 18+
- Clear communication
- Able to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds

- Ability to stand on your feet during entire shift
- Able to perform basic math functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior C-Store, retail, food service, or customer service experience
