JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from the crew.
- Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, adhere to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Many team members progress from delivery driver to general manager to franchisee or Manager Corporate Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area, storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Orientation and training provided on the job.
- Add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Input orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in the cooler to 90 °F or higher in some work areas.
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
- Fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Standing, walking, sitting, lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs.
- Stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand tasks, and eye‑hand coordination.
- Deliver product by car and to customer’s door.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
- Carry pizzas and beverages while walking, climbing stairs, and performing other delivery tasks.
- Drive within the designated delivery area; a team member may make several deliveries per shift.
- Far vision and night vision for driving.
- Talking and hearing on telephone.
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
