Overview

Job Description - $6K Sign on Bonus:
Physical Therapist (1610508). Bourbon Community Hospital.

• Provide physical therapy to patients across ages (pediatric to advanced age).
• Perform evaluations, consultations, identify problems, plan programs and provide direct treatment (modalities/procedures) to achieve the goals of maintaining health, preserving functional capacity and developing or reestablishing function in the presence of impairment in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Direct the overall direction, utilization, supervision, instruction and evaluation of professional and supportive staff, volunteers and students in the physical therapy facility.

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Preferred minimum of two years facility experience.
• Must have or be eligible for Kentucky State Licensure. Licensure must be obtained within one year or as per state law.
