• Champion a proactive safety culture on-site and promote a safety mindset among the team. 😎
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits, identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. 🧐
• Develop, implement and refine HSE plans and procedures to maintain top‑level and effective HSE performance.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. 💡
• Provide HSE training and guidance to employees, empowering the team to work safely and responsibly. 🧠
• Collaborate with project management and site personnel to seamlessly integrate HSE practices into daily operations.
• Maintain HSE records and documentation, ensuring organized and accurate paperwork and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and act as the expert on HSE rules. 📜

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on HSE supervision experience, preferably in photovoltaic projects. ☀️
• Legal eligibility to exercise the position in the USA.
• Valid work visa for the USA. ✅
• Advanced English proficiency for clear and effective communication. 🗣️
• Solid understanding of safety and health principles, regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, inspiring a safety‑focused mindset.
