OBGYN PHYSICIAN role at Horizon Health — join our growing organization.

Looking for a place that is different… Horizon Health has an opportunity for an OB/GYN to join our growing organization. This is an outpatient-focused, employed position with no ER call or weekends.

We are a critical access hospital and group of rural health clinics, but larger in scope and size than typical rural organizations. We have cutting-edge technology, new offerings for the communities we serve, strong specialty support, and still have the small-town approach and values that make our organization so special.

• This established practice has an experienced nurse practitioner and staff.
• Employed position; outpatient-focused; no ER call or weekends.
• We are looking for an experienced individual who is interested in providing gynecological surgical and medical care.
• The current office model provides OB care for up to 28 weeks for prenatal care; there is no OB Unit.
• Qualified candidates should be board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology, have excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to providing care.
• We are staffed with 19 primary care physicians and providers, with specialty support in behavioral health, urology, urogynecology, general surgery, orthopedics, spine, pain, dermatology, podiatry, wound care, cosmetics, endocrinology, and cardiology.
• Additionally, we have 11 visiting specialists that see patients in the clinic each month. The hospital has a 24/7 hospitalist service and convenient care for patients.
• We have a physician-friendly EMR.
• In 2023, we completed expansion projects including adding an outpatient dialysis center, home health services, pre-anesthesia clinic, and innovative radiology updates.

Pay ranges from $300K to 340K, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and the potential to contribute to the growth and success of the practice.
