We’re looking for a Senior Drupal Developer who genuinely loves development — someone who enjoys solving complex problems, writing clean, scalable code, and improving systems over time. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who is comfortable owning features end-to-end and working within disciplined Git workflows.
You’ll be working in a modern Drupal ecosystem with Git Lab
, Acquia Cloud
, and local development using DDEV
. Experience with enterprise integrations and secure or regulated environments is a strong plus.
- Design, develop, and maintain Drupal 9/10+ applications and custom modules
- Build clean, reusable, and performant solutions using Drupal best practices
- Work daily in Git Lab
, using feature-branch workflows
, merge requests, and code reviews - Collaborate with architects, Dev Ops, and integration teams on releases and deployments
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to shared coding standards
- Troubleshoot complex issues across environments (local, UAT, staging, production)
- Support CI/CD pipelines and release processes on Acquia Cloud
- Continuously improve performance, security, and maintainability of the platform
- 5+ years of hands-on Drupal development experience
- Strong experience with custom module development
, services, plugins, and APIs - Deep understanding of Drupal architecture
, configuration management, and caching - Proficiency with Git
, including feature branches
, rebasing, conflict resolution, and merge requests - Hands‑on experience using Git Lab for source control, CI/CD, and code review
- Experience working with Acquia Cloud environments
- Local development experience using DDEV or similar containerized tooling
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with Mule Soft
- Experience with GraphQL
, REST APIs, or headless Drupal - Knowledge of automated testing and quality gates in CI/CD pipelines
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site Drupal platforms
- A developer who loves to code and values craftsmanship
- Someone who thrives in structured Git workflows and cares about clean commit history
- A proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership from design through delivery
