Security Officer - Roving Unarmed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail center, common areas, and/or perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disturbance calls, medical support requests, and/or lost child procedures as directed by post orders;
Monitor access points and activity within assigned areas, including observing cameras when assigned and reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to site leadership;
Complete detailed incident reports and shift logs, communicate with mall management and/or local responders as needed, and follow Allied Universal reporting and escalation procedures
