Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed the Pre‑K‑12 sales revenue goal while staying within assigned operational budgets.
  • Translate the company’s vision and strategy into effective sales actions in partnership with the Sales Director and RVP.
  • Build relationships with district decision‑makers, presenting integrated instruction, assessment, technology, and service solutions to improve student outcomes.
  • Identify solutions and mobilize market resources to secure contracts, addressing territory‑specific product and service delivery issues.
  • Develop three‑year account business plans, including annual sales targets aligned witharlı financial and funding criteria.
  • Prepare sales and pipeline reports, highlighting secured deals, prospective opportunities, and market trends.
  • Seek emerging digital sales opportunities to support territory growth.
  • Coordinate  inputs with product, marketing, and development teams to ensure instructional effectiveness and innovation.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and strategic insights to leadership regarding sales activities, competition, sampling, and market conditions.
  • Manage contract administration to ensure timely and advantageous completion of the listing process.
  • Collaborate across Savvas divisions to integrate solutions and maximize revenue across all product channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 3–5 years of in‑field sales experience or a combination of teaching and ed‑tech sales experience.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • kolog talent in networking, influencing, and securing high‑level stakeholder buy‑in.
  • Preferred background in educational market sales.
  • Strategic sales thinker with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic organization.
  • Proven listening skills to deliver customer‑requested solutions.
  • Rapid learning curve for new and existing product lines.
  • Technical proficiency in_g technology and trend adoption.
Other Requirements
  • B.A. degree or equivalent experience.
  • Significant travel may be required.
  • Ability to sit or stand at a computer for extended periods during reader and presentations.
  • Strong multitasking capability and ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Capability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily.
