As a Third Channel Brand Rep for Arc'teryx, you’ll play a critical role in:

• Educating store associates and customers about Arc'teryx products.
• Merchandising gear to ensure optimal presentation and accessibility.
• Acting as a brand advocate by sharing your product knowledge and outdoor experiences.

Each assigned retail store will be visited once a month, for 1-1.5 hours to ensure ongoing support and brand alignment.

• Expert Knowledge Sharing:
  Lead training sessions and educate store staff on Arc'teryx products, technologies, and brand values.
• Training Visits:
  Deliver engaging in‑store product presentations and demos.
• Retail Support Tasks:
  • Capture in‑store photos.
  • Conduct inventory audits.
  • Perform competitive product analysis.
  • Gather employee feedback and insights.

• Prior sales or customer‑facing experience (retail preferred).
• Genuine passion for Arc'teryx gear and outdoor adventure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in visual merchandising.
• Reliable, organized, and tech‑savvy.
• Comfortable installing and using the Third Channel app.
• Own a smart device (iOS 15.0 or Android 10.0+) with internet access.
• Have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel across your assigned territory.

• Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Compensation:
  Starting at competitive hourly rates (based on experience and market). Travel expenses are reimbursed.
• Supplemental Income:
  Ideal for passionate Arc'teryx users looking to earn extra income while sharing what they love.
