TEMPORARY POSITION to assist with liquidation / closing of the store, targeting closure in the next 30-60 days.

Positions needed: Supervisor / Keyholder

• Perform store opening and closing duties such as, but not limited to: unlocking/locking the building before/after store hours, preparing/closing cash registers, disarming/setting the alarm, ensuring the store is in a neat, tidy, and safe manner.
• Supervise and lead a team of associates
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Knowledgeably communicate information about current promotions and discounts.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
• Assist with restocking shelves, folding clothes, and arranging displays to showcase merchandise effectively.
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.
• Monitor and report on inventory levels to support stock replenishment efforts.
• Help customers find products.
• Update store signage as necessary based on publish company direction.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Thank customers for shopping with us and invite them back to shop future discounts.

• A positive attitude.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Bend, stoop, and reach to perform tasks.

• All days, excluding Sunday Morning, day, evening, and night shifts

$18.00 - $22.00 Hourly
