We seek someone who is confident, proactive and trend-savvy with previous experience working with a luxury or contemporary fashion brand. You’re a strong sales-driver who enjoys spending time on the floor working with your team and clients.

• Elevate the Store
  
  Experience:
  
  Assist in the overall shopping experience for all Sam Edelman Clients utilizing the “The Sam Style” model, and providing an inviting world class experience with a customer-first approach. Actively engage and build relationships with customers.
• Deliver on Visual Merchandising Standards:
  Assist store leadership with executing product placement and visual standards consistent with company guidelines and expectations. Help keep the store clean, organized, safe and easily shoppable.
• Drive with Passion:
  Meet performance metrics by exhibiting a passion and enthusiasm for the brand and embracing and promoting company initiatives, contests and strategies. Deliver clear, concise and timely communication to Store Team & Store Sales Manager.

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-3 years in retail store sales, customer service/hospitality, or related brand environment
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store
• Positive communication with store colleagues at all levels
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in partnership with Store Sales Manager/Assistant Managers
• Working knowledge of general retail practices
• Ability to work effectively within a team and a flexible schedule (holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours)

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs with proper equipment
• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods
