The Turning Point is an award-winning DAYTIME ONLY breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant! We believe in a healthy balance of work and life. After your training is complete, you will be placed in a restaurant. Individual store operations lie under your control with the assistance and guidance of your District Manager. Providing exceptional leadership to your team members and laser focused on guest satisfaction will be mandatory requirements.

The daily management of 1 shift. No need to ask staff to work a “double” when you close at 3

No close / open shifts for our managers.

Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff. No bartender worries or drunk guests

Conduct one full inventory each period. No multiple inventories in a month

Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation.

Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job.

Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time.

Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required)

Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team

Schedule:

Day shifts only

Available to work on Holidays and Weekends

Flexible weekends off, when staffing permits and properly requested

Compensation Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year with the ability to earn more with performance bonuses.
