Jr. Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support project planning, coordination, and client communication efforts within a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with clients, and helping projects move from idea to execution. The Junior Project Manager will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.

This is an onsite position based in Bergen County, NJ.

Starting at $75,000/year

Junior Project Manager's Responsibilities and Duties

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and assist with managing ongoing client relationships
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and status updates using Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Assist with project documentation, reporting, and meeting notes
• Communicate project updates clearly to internal stakeholders and clients

Junior Project Manager's Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a project coordination or project management role
• Prior experience working directly with clients and managing project-related communication
• Strong proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute in a small company environment
• Technology-related experience or background is a plus, but not required
