Project Attorney – Litigation​/Legal Research

Overview

Preferred candidates will have legal research and writing experience for various legal topics and/or litigation experience, including familiarity with court filings and motion practice.

• Attorneys must be licensed to practice in and reside in one of the following states:

• Florida
• Georgia
• Texas
• Washington, DC
• Virginia
• Pennsylvania
• California
• North Carolina
• Alabama
• Tennessee

These Positions Require Active Bar in the State of Residence.

• Work with legal research and writing, including contract review and abstraction, contract negotiation, and litigation work, including court experience.
• Be available and engaged during the core hours, Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:00 ET.
• Utilize legal technology in workflows and project management.
• Create and implement processes and efficiencies.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate technological proficiency (Microsoft Excel and Word, Zoom, Outlook, among others) and the ability to learn new software quickly.

• LOCATION:
  
  Remote
• HOURLY RATE: $30-40, depending on experience + OT when available
• DURATION:
  Long-term (top performers may move from one project to another)
