SAP Specialist

Glocomms is partnering with a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, to identify a SAP Specialist who will support, optimize, and enhance the organization's SAP environment. This individual will play a key role in resolving technical issues, supporting cross‑functional teams, and ensuring the stability and accuracy of critical SAP data and processes.

• Investigate SAP issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions to maintain smooth system operations.
• Prepare SAP reporting materials and craft operational SOP documentation to support internal workflows.
• Coordinate closely with the global SAP team to resolve system concerns and support broader initiatives.
• Deliver SAP training and produce clear user guides to help employees navigate system functionalities.
• Provide day‑to‑day SAP support to Logistics and Finance, particularly within sales‑related processes.
• Monitor SAP system performance and perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain high‑quality, accurate SAP master data across all relevant modules.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by departmental and senior leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline - or equivalent real‑world experience.
• Prior SAP Super User‑level experience.

• At least three years of SAP experience within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Hands‑on exposure to DSCSA requirements.
• Direct experience working within highly regulated, compliance‑focused settings.
• Comfortable operating in environments where accuracy, documentation, and control are critical.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Adept at analyzing information and solving complex problems.
• Capable of collaborating with employees at all organizational levels.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
