AI Solutions Engineer

The AI Solutions Engineer is a key technical role responsible for deploying, managing, and troubleshooting AI agents in production environments. The position involves integrating AI systems with client tools, ensuring optimal performance during live operations, and rapidly resolving issues. This role is hybrid, with work conducted at the designated location on a part-time basis.

• Deploy and configure AI agents (Claude, GPT-based) into production environments for diverse client use cases including voice calls, chat, and automated outreach
• Build and maintain integrations between AI agents and business tools such as CRMs, email platforms, scheduling systems, voice platforms (Eleven Labs), and communication APIs
• Monitor live agent performance, identify drift or degradation, and implement prompt updates and configuration changes in coordination with the Prompt Architect
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues rapidly, including broken integrations, API failures, agent behavioral anomalies, and platform outages
• Implement and manage webhook configurations, API connections, and data flows between agent systems and external platforms
• Conduct agent testing and quality assurance prior to deployment, including conversation simulations and edge case testing
• Document deployment processes, integration specifications, and troubleshooting runbooks for ongoing support and scaling
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into technical solution specifications
• Support initial client deployment projects and subsequent automation initiatives through hands-on technical deployment

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical integration, or deployment-focused roles
• Strong experience with API integrations (REST, webhooks, OAuth) and third-party platform integrations
• Familiarity with AI/LLM platforms, specifically configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Claude or GPT-based agents
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, JavaScript, or Type Script)
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on rapid resolution
• Excellent communication skills capable of translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders

• Experience deploying voice AI agents or working with voice platforms like Eleven Labs, Twilio, or Vonage
• Background in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering or technical account management
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Hub Spot or Salesforce
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools for production systems
• Understanding of prompt engineering principles and large language model (LLM) behavior patterns
