Speech Therapy Plus LLC is excited to expand our services to Paramus providing speech and language therapy to children and families in a collaborative environment. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team!

• Provide evaluations, treatment, and individualized therapy plans for children with speech, language, fluency, articulation, and social communication disorders.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and educators to support each child’s communication development.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and insurance guidelines.
• Provide education and training to parents and caregivers on how to carry over therapy strategies at home.

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license in the state of NJ.
• CCC-SLP certification
• Experience working with pediatric populations required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals in a fun and engaging way.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $68.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends only
