You will provide crisis intervention, assessment, and psychotherapeutic, brief counseling to individuals who are referred to the CRSC for services. Additionally, you will ensure program goals and objectives are accomplished by fulfilling job and team responsibilities as assigned.

• Conduct clinical comprehensive assessments for individuals presenting to the CRSC.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services both in-person and via telemedicine.
• Document interventions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Utilize evidenced-based practices in clinical interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy interventions, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with treatment team and recovery support personnel to ensure care is coordinated.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Offer education to clients and their families regarding diagnosis, medications, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services and substance abuse treatment, as well as social and coping skills training.
• Build and maintain relationships with family and other key support systems.
• Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings.

• Master s Degree in social work or related field with applicable license to provide clinical services.
• Must have current New Jersey license as a LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC
• At least 1+ years of experience providing clinical services to individuals with SMI, SUD, and/or COD.
• Free Clinical Supervision
