Monday-Friday, Full-Time, 40 hours weekly (8 hour shifts)

Compensation: $20/include-$23 hourly depending on experience

• Greets patients with exceptional customer service to create a manifestation positive patient experience
• Answers phones

• Multitasks in a high-volume setting
• Insurance verification and pre-authorization
• Schedules patient appointments and checks them in on arrival
• Collects co-pays; manages daily cash balancing and weekly banking deposits
• Patient intake and data entry to ensure proper billing
• Complete daily billing reports and work with central billing office (CBO)
• Communicates and collaborates with clinic staff and supporting departments to create an enjoyable, seamless experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer service experience required

• Knowledge of insurance verification
• Healthcare, medical, dental office administration experience preferred
