Great new Career Opportunity in Home Health! The Certified Home Health Aide is responsible for providing assistance to patients with personal care, activities of daily living/maintenance, and management of household routines. Responsibilities can also include, but are not limited to:

• Understands and adheres to established company policies and procedures
• Performs personal care and bath as ordered
• Completes appropriate visit records in a timely manner per company policy
• Reports changes in the patient's condition and needs to the RN
• Assists with assigned personal care tasks
• Assists the patient in performing bowel and bladder functions
• Assists patient in maintaining adequate nutrition
• Assists patient with mobility
• Puts customer service first and upholds the code of conduct
• Ensures that prospective clients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals' needs and rights

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Professional

Experience:

• Current CHHA license in the State of Operations
• 1 year of related work experience
