As a Project Manager:
Generalist, you will lead a project team in delivering a solution to the client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project trekken. You will have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.

• Manage Project Scope and Deliverables:
  Lead the project team in delivering a solution to the client, ensuring that all contractual deliverables are met, and applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
• Establish Effective Communication Plan:
  Develop and implement a communication plan that ensures effective collaboration and communication with the project team and the client.
• Provide Day‑to‑Day Direction:
  Provide regular direction to the project team, ensuring that all project resources, including subcontractors, are managed effectively.
• Manage Project Resources:
  Oversee the allocation and utilization of project resources, ensuring that they are used efficiently and effectively to meet project objectives.
• Report Project Status:
  Provide regular project status updates and requests for support to project stakeholders.

Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the converted workplace a minimum of three days a week, subject to business needs.

Bachelor's Degree

• Project Management
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience with managing projects, including scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, with a focus on applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
• Team Leadership
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience in leading a project team, providing day‑to‑day direction, and managing project resources, including subcontractors.
• Contract Management
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience with managing projects according to project charters, project agreements, पुलिस or contracts, with a focus on meeting contractual deliverables.
