Curative Executive and Academic Search has partnered with Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in New Jersey to find a dedicated physician interested in growing into a leadership position to become a key member of the Endocrinology Department's faculty.

You will be involved in upcoming initiatives aimed toward expanding and advancing the Endocrinology unit, as well as making contributions to our established infrastructure. Individuals with at least 3 years of proven experience and a track record of mentorship may qualify for the Associate Medical Director of Ambulatory Care role.

• Manage thriving clinical practice with a focus on adult endocrinology
• High patient volume primarily sourced from 4 affiliated hospitals
• Cover in-patient consults as needed
• Work with a dietitian to provide comprehensive care for LTC patients

• One week of call per month (can transition to a half-time call schedule based on practice needs)
• 3.5-4 days per week for clinical duties and 1 day for administrative tasks
• Including program development, quality improvement, and participation in leadership meetings
• One day per week at the Patterson location

• 75% percentile based on MGMA benchmarks
