Full Job Description
This position is part-time averaging 10-25 hours per week.
Duties- Hosting birthday parties
- Ensuring guests are having fun
- Up-selling (merchandise and services) to each guest
- Cleaning
- Ensuring a safe environment for the guests
- You must be a fun, outgoing, energetic team player!
- You must love going the extra mile for guests and will always provide excellent guest service.
- You must enjoy working with people of all ages especially children.
- You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to resolve guests concerns.
- You must have flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends.
- Customer service experience
$15.95/hr + tips
