Responsibilities
Serve as the Medical Center's content expert to develop strategies and initiatives focusing on key internal and external outreach to increase volume.
Develop and retain community and B2B relationships to drive growth for strategic initiatives.
Engage with physicians and surgeons for new business and growth.
Lead strategies by defining and identifying complex community health needs, and translating ideas into effective strategies to address those needs within the community.
Build data-driven business cases for strategic growth proposals.
Other DutiesPerforms other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the department and organization.
Position Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in healthcare with business development, marketing, or strategy focus preferred.
- Proven excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen.
- Highly accomplished, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to tailor messages to respective audiences.
- Proven experience in the ability to effectively work within all levels of the organization.
- Possess strong people skills.
- Ability to foster solid working relationships – understand and operate within a complex organization.
- Experience in working both independently and in teams.
- Ability to structure projects with uncertain (or yet to be defined) outcomes.
- Ability to create and strengthen B2B relations.
- Ability to create data-driven initiatives for proposals.
Salary commensurate with experience within posted range:
$48,000 - $65,000 annually
EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Health, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or related field preferred.
