- Assist in developing and maintaining multi-mode rate cards for TL, LTL, Drayage, and additional services as needed.
- Benchmark rates against historical data, market indexes, and internal performance trends.
- Work cross-functionally with Carrier Sales and Brokerage Leadership to validate rates prior to release.
- Collect, cleanse, and prepare data and visualizations for customer Quarterly Business Review (Q ) decks.
- Track, report, and monitor monthly KPIs for leadership, covering operational, financial, and service performance metrics.

- Ensure all data sources are accurate, up to date, and structured for efficient reporting.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects related to freight performance and cost management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, nested formulas, data modeling, macros preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience manipulating large datasets and building standardized reporting templates.
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in freight brokerage, transportation, or logistics operations (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with TL, LTL, and Drayage pricing structures and market dynamics.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus but not required.
