Sales Specialist – The Home Depot
Join the Sales Specialist team at The Home Depot and help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options.
- Communicate Home Depot’s advantages over local competitors and guide customers through every step.
- Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Actively monitor inventory and drive in‑stock to support a seamless shopping experience.
