Description
LUV Car Wash was founded in September 2021 and has expanded to over 70 locations across six states (CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ). We seek a Service Advisor to support our mission of becoming the industry leader.

Essential Functions- Present, promote and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Educate customers on promotions, memberships, and products to create the ideal service experience.
- Maintain relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Job holder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position. Every employee is required to remain updated on company policies and affairs through appropriate sources, such as the internal employee website.
Physical Demands- Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
- Work outside in varying weather conditions.
- Stand for long periods during shift.
- Maintain a sense of urgency while remaining friendly and courteous.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with proven track record in membership sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
