• Chairs, Home Furniture, and Patio Furniture through our Vietnam facilities, where we maintain majority operational control and scalable production capacity.
• Hybrid Mattresses through Indonesia-based production, where anti-dumping duties have been revoked, creating a meaningful retail margin advantage versus traditional China-origin sourcing.

Our Southeast Asia manufacturing platform provides supply stability, competitive FOB pricing, and production flexibility to support national retail programs.

We are seeking experienced Independent Sales Representatives to develop and secure national and regional retail accounts across:

• Office & Gaming Chairs
• Home Furniture
• Patio / Outdoor Furniture
• Hybrid Mattresses

Target retailers include:

• Walmart
• Costco
• Best Buy
• Office Depot / Office Max
• The TJX Companies (Home Goods, Marshalls, TJ Maxx)
• Lowe’s
• Home Depot
• Regional furniture and outdoor specialty retailers

• Identify and secure new national and regional retail accounts
• Present Neo Chair’s full-category programs
• Negotiate pricing, volume commitments, and program structures
• Maintain strong buyer and category manager relationships
• Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence
• Coordinate with internal teams on sampling, compliance, packaging, and logistics

• 5+ years of experience in furniture, patio, mattress, or hardlines retail sales
• Existing relationships with national or regional retailers preferred
• Experience working in commission-based or performance-driven sales environments
• Strong negotiation and retail program development skills
• Former employees of major national retailers (e.g., Walmart, Costco, Best Buy, TJX, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Office Depot/Office Max) are highly preferred
