Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Independent Sales Representatives to develop and secure national and regional retail accounts across:

  • Office & Gaming Chairs
  • Home Furniture
  • Patio / Outdoor Furniture
  • Hybrid Mattresses

Target retailers include:

  • Walmart
  • Costco
  • Best Buy
  • Office Depot / Office Max
  • The TJX Companies (Home Goods, Marshalls, TJ Maxx)
  • Lowe’s
  • Home Depot
  • Regional furniture and outdoor specialty retailers
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new national and regional retail accounts
  • Present Neo Chair’s full-category programs
  • Negotiate pricing, volume commitments, and program structures
  • Maintain strong buyer and category manager relationships
  • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence
  • Coordinate with internal teams on sampling, compliance, packaging, and logistics
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in furniture, patio, mattress, or hardlines retail sales
  • Existing relationships with national or regional retailers preferred
  • Experience working in commission-based or performance-driven sales environments
  • Strong negotiation and retail program development skills
  • Former employees of major national retailers (e.g., Walmart, Costco, Best Buy, TJX, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Office Depot/Office Max) are highly preferred
