Psr​/Scheduler​/Pre-Auth Reviewer - Paragould Cardiology & Vas

Patient Service Representative responsibilities include greeting patients, managing registration, ensuring accurate patient and insurance information, communicating clinic policies, answering phone and billing questions, handling medical records and requests, and maintaining confidentiality. The candidate must make decisions according to general procedures, be mentally alert, and maintain a professional image while dealing with patients, families, visitors, and clinic personnel.

• Education
  • High school diploma or GED
• Experience
  • Minimum one year in customer service, preferably six months as a receptionist in health care, and experience with office equipment. Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
• Physical & Safety

  • Normal office environment. Requires close eye work, vision 20/20, normal hearing, sitting 7‑8 hours/day, standing/walking, finger dexterity, hand‑eye coordination, reach, lifting up to 50 lbs. Possible exposure to airborne particles. Work may involve stress.
