Title: Maintenance Technician
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay rate: $13.50/hr. on W2 without benefits.
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89120
Shift timings: Monday through Thursday 5:30am - 4:00pm with a half hour unpaid lunch from 10:30am - 11:00am
BG/DT required: Yes
Job Description- Trash removal.
- Restroom sanitizing.
- Trims.
- Edges.
- Fertilizes.
- Playing fields and other landscaped areas; weeds, prunes, mulches, and fertilizes trees, plants, and shrubbery; prepares soil for planting; seeds and resods lawn areas; plants trees, seedlings, and shrubs.
- Observes safe work methods and uses safety equipment.
