Adventist Health Clear Lake (located in Paradise, CA – near Chico, CA) is actively seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to serve in our Rapid Care clinic. Our Rapid Care clinic is an extended‑hours clinic operating out of our Rural Health clinic.

• The incoming Advanced Providers will work with an experienced clinician who provides continuous and comprehensive services necessary for the promotion of optimal health, prevention and treatment.
• Candidate will perform a variety of advanced clinical duties involved in assessing, treating, controlling, and preventing patient illness and disease.
• Perform physical examinations, administer medications as prescribed, and offer coaching and education to meet patient needs.

• Graduate from an accredited school/college of Physician Assistants, as applicable – Required
• Bachelor's Degree – Preferred
• Board Certified – Required
• Two years primary care or allied health experience – Preferred
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – Required
• APP licensure in state of practice – Required

Wage scale: $160,000 – $198,000 per year.
