Highland Cleaning is hiring experienced house cleaners to clean luxury homes and vacation rentals throughout the East Valley. This is a W2 employee position with stable weekly pay and consistent work. We are looking for professional cleaners who take pride in their work and want a stable, long‑term position with a growing company. This role is ideal for candidates with experience working for professional residential cleaning companies, Airbnb/vacation rental teams, or hospitality cleaning environments.

• $20/hr base rate (before bonuses and performance incentives)
• Opportunity to earn $22+/hr based on performance, reliability, and tenure
• Paid for your full workday — including travel time between homes
• Weekly pay
• W2 employee position (not 1099) — taxes handled and stable paycheck
• Performance bonuses every 6 months based on attendance and reliability

• Clean luxury residential homes and vacation rental properties
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Dust furniture, decor, baseboards, and fixtures
• Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
• Restock supplies and remove trash
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Report maintenance issues or damages found during cleaning
• Follow company checklists and quality control standards

• Daytime shifts primarily
• Weekend availability is required due to vacation rental turnover schedules
• Schedule based on booking volume and property needs

• Previous Professional House Cleaning Experience Is Required
• Experience in residential homes, Airbnb properties, or professional cleaning companies preferred
• Weekend availability required
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and communication skills
• Physically able to bend, lift, carry equipment, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
