Pool Cleaner Positions
Pool Cleaner positions are available at Poolman 2000, LLC/dba/Amenity Pool Services. These are temporary, full-time positions with approximately 50 openings from 04/01/2026 to 09/30/2026. Locations include Phoenix, AZ and surrounding cities such as Waddell, Queen Creek, Tolleson, Peoria, Gilbert, Fountain Hills, Anthem, Goodyear, Tempe, Sun Lakes, Sun City, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Mesa, Litchfield Park, Carefree, Apache Junction, Laveen Village, Laveen, Chandler, Buckeye, Avondale, New River, Glendale, El Mirage, Cave Creek, Surprise, Sun City West, San Tan Valley, Gold Canyon.
Job duties include performing tasks that involve labor at an outdoor swimming pool. Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing swimming pool sites, cleaning debris and waste materials, backwashing and vacuuming swimming pools, and testing the water for clarity.
The employer offers at least 35 hours per week at a rate of $18.11/hr, with days/shifts varying from Monday to Sunday, 8:00am to 8:00pm. Holidays, weekends, and evenings are required as needed. Up to 20 hours of overtime per week may be available, paid at a rate of $27.17/hr for working greater than 40 hours in any given week.
Job requirements include no training, education, or experience required. Valid driving license from their home country and International Driving Permit (IDP) are necessary. Candidates must be able to lift, carry, and push objects weighing 50+ lbs, stand for long periods of time, reach overhead and above their shoulders, drive and see clearly at different distances, and endure outdoor weather conditions. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Transportation reimbursement is provided if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period. Optional employer housing is available at a cost of $185/week. Tools, supplies, and equipment are provided at no charge. A single workweek will be used for computing wages due and workers will be paid every 2 weeks. The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions, which are not required by law.
If an employee chooses to live in optional employer housing, $185/week will be payroll deducted for housing expenses. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees), incurred by the H-2B worker.
