• Oversee field teams, ensure schedules and quality standards are met, and manage subcontractor performance
• Coordinate closely with project managers and attend weekly in-office meetings with the team
• Take ownership of the project timeline, safety protocols, site logistics, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the build

• 3-5+ years of experience supervising high-end luxury residential construction projects, ideally in Paradise Valley
• Ability to manage day-to-day job site operations for large-scale custom and spec homes ranging from $10M–$22M
• Familiarity with local vendors, subcontractors, and luxury homebuilding processes in the Paradise Valley area
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a professional yet approachable demeanor
• Proficiency in Buildertrend or similar project management software is a plus

Salary: $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
