Entry Level Behavior Technician

Pay Range: $21 - $26 /hour for clinical work* (based on experience)

• Effective and compassionate communication skills with children and caregivers.
• Background as a camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or childcare volunteer is welcome; all applicants are encouraged.

• Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism.
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and comfort navigating tablet technology.
• Reliable transportation to commute to ACES locations and client homes.
• Schedule flexibility to conduct sessions at times most needed by families.
• Hourly wage range for direct treatment services is provided; non-clinical work paid at $15.10/hour.
