Behavior Technician/RBT
Pay Range: $21 - $26 /hour for clinical work* (based on experience)

What You’ll Do- Work one-on-one with children with autism in a center or home-based setting.
- Reinforce positive behavior using therapeutic techniques learned in our industry-leading training program.
- Track client progress and growth by keeping electronic health data on the company-provided iPad.

- Background as a camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or childcare volunteer is welcome; all applicants are encouraged.
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism.
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and comfort navigating tablet technology.
- Reliable transportation to commute to ACES locations and client homes.
- Schedule flexibility to conduct sessions at times most needed by families.
- Hourly wage range for direct treatment services is provided; non-clinical work paid at $15.10/hour.
