Job SummaryClerical receptionist that will be responsible for greeting students, faculty, staff & community members, answering telephones & emails, scheduling appointments, making reminder & follow-up calls, collecting data/data entry, routine office functions and secretarial tasks, office procedures, etc. Assist & support counseling faculty and Sr. Admin with various projects and events. Prepare assessment results for students in FYE

- Federal Work Study (FWS) is a need-based, federally funded program.
- FWS requires the completion of a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and confirmation of federal work study eligibility as determined by your financial aid office.
- FWS does not directly pay for tuition, and funds are only available to eligible students attending a minimum of six (6) degree applicable hours at PVCC in a federal student aid eligible program.
- The FWS award amount is based on your FAFSA results and your college funding availability, which will determine the number of hours available to work while supporting your academic goals. You can read more detailed information on the Department of Education's Federal Work-Study Program website.
