Director of Nursing

We are seeking a dedicated RN Director of Nursing Services to lead our nursing team in Papillion, NE. This vital role is based in our community and involves overseeing nursing operations to ensure the highest standards of care. • Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including Medicare and HIPAA.
• Oversee documentation accuracy
• Supervise shift operations and coordinate staffing schedules.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Proven management experience in nursing home settings.
• Strong knowledge of nursing administration, Medicare, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise staff effectively and foster teamwork.
• Prior experience in hospice or home health care is a plus.

• Experience:
  
  Nursing 2 years (Preferred)
• License/Certification: RN (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)
• Directors of Nursing must be licensed in their practicing state as an RN and have strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills to follow written directions, charting, and resident assessments.
