Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. The Dentist will perform a variety of procedures, from routine check-ups to complex oral surgeries, while maintaining a focus on infection control and patient education.

Duties
  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral diseases.
  • Perform various dental procedures including but not limited to root canal therapy, dental extractions, and endodontics.
  • Administer anesthesia and manage pain control during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient treatments and procedures.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry environment.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a sterile working environment.
  • Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Provide specialized care in pediatrics as needed, ensuring a comfortable experience for younger patients.
Skills
  • Proficient in oral surgery techniques and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of infection control practices within a dental clinic setting.
  • Experience with root canal therapy and endodontics is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform dental extractions with precision and care.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation standards for dental practices.
  • Competence in utilizing medical imaging technology for diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
