Ambassador Overview
Our ambassadors, what we like to call our volunteers, work in both clinical and non-clinical areas. Their talents are used at information desks, reception areas, patient registration, surgery family room, business offices, and hospice care - just to name a few. They also help with special projects such as Community Blood Drives and fundraising events. Ambassadors and staff work as a team to provide compassionate care and support to our patients and families.
VolunteerDetails
Could you donate a few hours a week to visit with a hospice patient in Miami County? Share memories, play cards, read to them, or just sit quietly in the home while they rest. Shifts are usually once weekly for a few hours but we're flexible. You decide how far you're willing to travel. No direct patient care is required - just a caring heart.
