Overview
Oversee the daily operations of the dairy department, including managing inventory, ordering products, and ensuring proper stock levels. - Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a grocery or dairy department.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff members who may speak different languages (multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus).
- Proficiency in retail math, including budgeting, pricing, and profit margins.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team of employees.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
