You’ll collaborate with account management, sales, and support teams, as well as external partners, to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships.

• Oversee monthly billing cycles and reconcile invoices.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding of client accounts.
• Analyse performance reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with suppliers and outsourced finance teams.
• Handle client escalations and ensure smooth financial operations.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and software (e.g., Xero).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with AI & automation is a plus.
